Refund policy
If your product is faulty, please contact hello@unspokenskinandbrows.com.au with your order # and images of the faulty product.
In line with ACCC guidelines, Unspoken Skin & Brows does not offer exchange, credit or refund for change of mind purchases. In exceptional circumstances, Unspoken Skin & Brows will offer an exchange or store credit to the value of your purchase (excluding shipping fees) upon management approval.
Please contact us at hello@unspokenskinandbrows.com.au if you feel that your situation is exceptional or if you have an exchange query. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
