Dispatch & Shipping

Unspoken Skin & Brows aims to dispatch all in-stock orders within one business day. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted with an estimated dispatch timeframe.

This policy excludes pre-order items. Please refer to individual product descriptions for specific pre-order dispatch timeframes.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking, which provides an estimated delivery timeframe. Once an order has been dispatched and tracking has been provided, delivery is the responsibility of the courier.

Unspoken Skin & Brows is not responsible for shipping delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues once an order has been handed over to Australia Post. Lost or delayed parcels are not eligible for a refund. We recommend contacting Australia Post directly using your tracking details for assistance.

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout, as Unspoken Skin & Brows cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

In most cases, duties and taxes are charged once the parcel reaches its destination. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs authority prior to purchasing.

Unspoken Skin & Brows reserves the right to deduct any costs incurred from orders refused at customs, including redirection or return fees.

International parcels may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please consider this when placing your order.
